Well dang. Since I’ve never experienced a Leupold failure, I bought a NIB 6x36 today. They had multiple of both fixed 4X and 6x (36&42). I may go back and get another. 😁

Well I have. Years ago, I got to my deer stand and when it got light, I noticed that the whole erector unit, at least I think that is what it is called, had come loose and was about to fall out. I went back to the house and got another rifle, and sent the scope and it was fixed for free. Vari-X III. miles

Look out for number 1, don't step in number 2.

That’s a nice little scope.

Hope it turns out to be a good one too…..

Is that 6x36 the FX-Ii model?

And they have some more new ones left?

No thanks. Only the older ones have earned a place on my rifles.

Here is a recent one. I had the CDS dial finally made for my VX6. The cut the dial for a different scope. After I received the new dial, I am unable to zero it. Why because when it puked and had to be returned the turret assembly was over tourqued so the index slot doesn’t line up. Oh and the dial for A/O pops in and out. And when I removed the dial to change it there are dings in the assembly.
Im not a Leupold hater and have 24-25. But Im done for now. I also have a bunch VariX ii that I cant turn the power ring and one that will not track so I guess they will be getting a care package that they need to fix
