If you stir coconut oil into the pan along with kale, it makes it easier to scrape into the trash.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.

At my age, I've known that for a very long time. Here's another tip...there are many substitutes for the coconut oil.
