Almost 2 bucks a pop . $ 1.71 is correct Little expensive when you compared to fmj where normally you to pay 40 cents a round.. 1000 rounds for $400 How much is a box of 20 round premium ammo with tsx /ttsx? Explain how you get a per round cost of over a dollar, when the number of dollars to purchase 875 rounds is less than $875. I think he mentioned it was pre-coffee math…. It happens

It happens For all you smart fellas, or more like simple minded folk. If there is 510 rounds in a box and it cost $ 875, that means each round is over a dollar If was $1 a round that would be $510 for 510 rounds. You picking up what I’m putting down? 875 dollars divided by 510 rounds equals 1.715 dollars a round

All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.

Won't say what is on my mind and derail the thread.
You can kill a deer with a 22 short through the ribs.(maybe you won't find it)
That doesn't make it a deer round or a good choice.
Buy the cheapest 55gr softpount you can find. Shoot ribs.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

875 rounds for $510 doesn't seem like a particularly low price, at $1.71 per round it is about the same price as Winchester 64 grain PPs from MidwayUSA.
EDIT: It should be 510 rounds for $875, got my numbers backward. Proof that I shouldn't do math before having my first cup of coffee in the morning. Yeah, that puts a whole different light on it than 875 rounds for $510. In any case, I think I’ll stick with 65 grain SGK’s over Varget for my .224 deer killing. If it ain’t broke…

If it ain’t broke… If you would have clicked the link I provided or read other relies you wouldn’t have asked stupid questions about basic math. I also have few boxes of the 65s for my 223 and one box of 60 partitions. But once again. For Cali guys or ones that run ttsx. This might be better or cheaper option. Get hunting and military ammo 2 for 1
