There isn't a Use of Force policy anywhere in the US where that is a justified use of deadly physical force. Not even close.

There isn't a Use of Force policy anywhere in the US where that is a justified use of deadly physical force. Not even close. This isn’t correct. There are plenty of places where breaching a government building or cantonment area is justification for use of deadly force.
