OP kamo_gari Campfire Outfitter K Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 14,712 North Shore, MA	On my way home after my AK bison hunt, Dan in AK generously gifted me a care package with halibut, smoked caribou sausage, black cod and shucked razor clams. Today I decided to get a meal prepared using what was all of a pound of divine Pacific clams. Settled on an simple Italian-inspired clams with pasta dish. It turned out fantastic. Ingredients 1 lb of shucked clams, with clam juice/liquor reserved 1 lb of pasta (I used spaghetti but angel hair, linguine, bucatini or the like would work fine) EV olive oil 4 cloves of garlic Two small/medium white onions Half a handful of parsley A few cherry tomatoes Cup of white wine (I used a pinot grigio) Small bunch of sweet basil S&P Some kind of good Pecorino Romano or good parmesan 3-4 dried hot chiles

Thanks so much for another visual/virtual feast, as always the colors and composition are perfect. All the photos are great, but the first and last are really great... As an aside, whomever grew that garlic gets a tip of the battered Bailey from me, because after 3 years of attempting to grow some, none of ours look quite that nice. Best to you both in 2023.
