Few coyote removed this week.
Ruger 6.5 grendel, 85g sierra jhp and 95g vmax on top of h335, 95g at 2863 fps, 85g at 2923 fps, both shoot identical POA.
Pulsar xp38 thermal.
All were taken at 126 yards to 266 yards.
The 85g and 95g just slap them straight down, exits are minimal
I upgraded from the 224 valkyrie ar15 to the 6.5G in a Heatseeker chassis that runs the ar15 magazines.

Run offs, ran 55, 60, 70g bullets, speeds 2800 to 3300, just didn't anchor them good enough for me
6.5, 95vmax slams em down over the 223, 224.

I have a Howa Mini 6.5 Grendel in a chassis. It loves the 95 grain V-Max. Haven't got it bloody yet but hope to this fall.

I've killed few with my mini Howa 6.5G 100gr Nos. Custom Comps, very hard on pelts. One of my all day time favorite cartridge for coyotes is the 222.Rem and I hunt them with 52gr Speers. Works just.fine.and.little.sewing, second.fav.is the 20P..

After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Make mine a Minaska

Love it!

thanks for the report...

have used my bolt action Grendal on a couple of deer... bang flop.

effective as my 260s, just with less recoil... and powder.

I handload everything I shoot, except rimfires.
