Correct - but the key part is the courts just told the owners of the crypto … they don’t even own their accounts and they are out all the money they put into them. Read the link .. YIKES !! And we’re talking billions folks.. seems like it might need some more regulations before I put my life savings in it - or so you’d think. Celsius 'blew up' before ftx...
