Beginning 1-1-2022 (I believe) SC requires any Company (Anywhere in US) selling to SC residents collect sales tax and send it to them. Not all companies are doing so at present but most of the larger ones are. Supreme Court ruled on it. SC is not the only state. It was a big class action law suit Safe shooting Doug
