Looking for a nice scope to put on a Kimber Montana. I've seen them on Ebay but the prices are often ridiculous. Feel free to PM me. Scammers save your time, you'll have to send me a pic showing that you have it in hand.

Thanks.

Fshaw: I am thinking about selling off some of my hoard of "extra scopes" and I have a couple that may "fill your bill"?
#1: Leupold VARI-X 3x9 Compact variable with Du-Plex reticle in "matte" finish mint condition
#2: Leupold VARI-X 3x9 Compact variable with "A/O" feature, Du-Plex reticle it is marked "Air Rifle Safe" with the Extended Range Focus (EFR) feature in "gloss" finish mint condition
I am VERY active in the "used" scope market and it is kind of a sad reality nowadays that "blued" (I refer to them as "gloss finished") Leupold scopes are commanding HIGH prices nowadays - add to that the "Compact" feature and they go even higher. Part of the reason being that Leupold no longer offers (catalogs!) gloss (blued) finished scopes.
If you are looking for a "blued" (gloss) finished "compact" Leupold scope at "bargain" prices it is my observation "those days are over".
I wish you luck in that endeavor.
I also have a pair of gloss finished Leupold 2x7 variable "Rimfire" scopes with Du-Plex reticle but those have their parallax settings from the factory at 65 yards.
Good luck with your search.
Hold into the wind

I have a 1995 Leupold 2-7 gloss blued compact in near perfect shape. Not sure what it’s worth but feel free to make an offer. She sure is light weight. Weighs a whopping 8.3oz on my postal scale.

I'm not looking for "bargain" prices, but probably not willing to pay what I'm seeing on the extreme high end either. Still looking at this time.

Thanks.

Prices are nutz on a lot of these...however...there are some out there for some reasonable prices considering.
I purchased 2 from ebay at real good prices in nice shape cosmetically. ...but had to send back to leupold to have the AO ring repaired. Other than the wait (4-6 weeks) they were returned repaired, cleaned,AO recalibrated, etc.
Other than the additinal shipping cost to Oregon (25.00 insured) ...they both turned out at pretty good deals...
Good luck in your search....

Fshaw, My PM was directed to another member and my offer was way too low as per the member. He's another member waiting for the mother load to come in, ha! I just bought a beautiful leupold VX=III coin click adjustments 2.5-8x36 for $275 shipped insured, while others on the fire expect over $100 more. Let them keep their priceless scopes, other members know what they are worth minus the inflated BS.
Hold out, you'll find what you want
