Hands down, Sailor Jerry.

Nothing wrong with Captain, but I like Jerry's better.

Best rum I ever had was Captain Morgan Sherry Cask.

I'll pay good money if anyone has some or knows where I can find some.

I believe it's discontinued - have to find someone with it in stock and willing to ship?

Oak Heart. Not so damned sweet. They quit making it and turned it into Bacardi Spiced now.

Flor de Caña 25

Zaya - Pretty unique and a good deal locally for a 16 year

Try Cruzan rum if you can find it. It's a light tasting rum, good for sipping straight. Inexpensive also.

Cruzan is decent, grab some Cuban Club when you’re out of the US.

both are just plain nasty. Almost as bad as flavored whiskey or Fireball.

For decent rum, go with the Ron Zacapa dark, 23 year old from Guatamala.

Appleton Estate 12 Rare Casks on the rocks. Their Signature with Gosling’s Ginger Beer.

Sometimes I splurge and use the 12 in the Gosling’s, and sadly, it’s definitely better, as it should be for twice the price.
