He would 123 as of this month. His only remaining child is now 90 yrs old.

Maternal....I'd be guessing 123ish.....the man died in his early 40s leaving a widow and 7 kids ages infant-15.....
My maternal grandmother was an incredible woman to say the least, never had another man in her life and raised those kids to all become tax payers.......she worked in my high school cafeteria long after i graduated.
My mom is in a facility with dementia and is always asking if we've seen her mother........never mentions her dad.

My Mothers Father died in 1958, he was 98 yrs old, mother was the youngest of 13 children. Mother passed away in 1993. Rio7

He would have been 115 this year. Unfortunately he was killed in 1980 when I was 11.
