For Sale: Christensen Arms Mesa FFT 6.5 Creedmoor. 20"barrel, Muzzle Brake, Burnt Bronze Cerakote. Like new condition. I bought this new, mounted a scope on it and sighted it in. Only15 rounds fired thru it. Now I need $ for another project. Will have sellers remorse, I'm sure. Talley rings included. $1150 shipped my FFL to your FFL. How did the rifle perform with your 15 shots and with what ammo? Is there a cap for threads if you don’t want to use brake? Thanks

Mostly just making adjustments sighting it in. Did finish up with 2 three shot groups under an inch with Winchester Deer Season XP Ammunition 125 Grain Extreme Point Polymer Tip.
For some reason Christensen does not include a muzzle cap with this model.

CA website says 5.5 lbs. I get 5 lb. 10 oz with the Talley rings/bases. Very light weight.

Heck of a deal. I have two and paid significantly more. Do you know anyone who would make a thread protector and contour it to the barrel. I certainly don’t need or want a muzzle break on a Creedmoor. I really like the rifle though!

Nick,
CA does indeed sell a thread protector for the Mesa but it won't come as a blended cap (or offered in various colors) like the .920 barrels on the carbon wrapped versions.
Good price on this rifle.

CA will sell you a thread protector for $16.99 https://christensenarms.com/product/mesa-thread-protector/Although you do not need a muzzle brake on a 6.5 CRD. The one on the Mesa FFT is small and blends in so well it is hardly noticeable.
