What could one expect for barrel life with a 28 Nosler? I'm talking about hunting accuracy to 500 yards or so, not benchrest accuracy.

I've seen some borescope videos of fire cracking but it was not told how the rifle was used; strings of 10 shots with no cooling etc., etc.

It's not that big of a deal for me because I would simply replace the barrel when it was shot out but just for the sake of knowledge, what can one expect for barrel life if the rifle is babied and used simply for hunting?

Thanks.
