I have been seeing a lot about brisket chili on the innerweb and very little on pulled pork chili. I decided to try and make some myself and it turned out good, even if I do say so myself.
It is a different but good. It does not taste like "traditional chili" but is not bad at all. I told one of by BBQ buddies about he and he made some and reported back that all of his family liked it as well.
I forgot to take a picture until I was deep into the bowl...
1 lb (or so, maybe a little more, it was leftovers)
1 can Pinto beans (wash the juice off)
1 can Black beans (wash the juice off)
1 can of Rotel
1 pint of tomato juice ( I used some I had canned myself)
1/4 cup of Chili powder
1/4 cup of BBQ sauce
