"Tag" means the poster doesn't have enough imagination to post "Nice gun!"

This indicates a little more interest, which can be useful info to the original poster.

tag mean you can't stand to click once to add post to followed list and probably think the supply and price issue is because "they are gouging us"

Thanks for asking, I was wondering as well.
At the top of every thread is an icon to the right of Hop To. Click/tap on the icon. To find your followed list, as was mentioned click/tap your name in the top right of the screen. Followed Lists will be one of the options in the list.

If you've ever used the Full Editor and not unchecked the box to add the thread to your Follow List, you may have a bunch of threads you don't want on it, which you can remove by going to Edit Followed Threads.

Well that was a needed thread. Thank you Whttail in MT. There has been alot of times when I found some item or two in the 'Classified' section and wanted to either watch it or was thinking of possibly buying and it would get lost in the ever fast and changing additions. Item may be on page 2 when the last time you've seen it, go back to check on it and you'd have to search through pages to find, might be on page 8 by that time. crazy grin

Keeping track on a item or seller basically in a couple of ways.
See if price comes down.
See if seller updating by answering qurstions
See if it is some newb that is serious about selling per other's questions or showing being evasive
See if it is some scamming mutha fuuuka.

Tag can be used as a interest to buy.
Tag can be used as a QC thing.

Tag used in conjunction with looking at a sellers post history, espically a newb can help ya sniff out some flakey schit.

Is it fair to all new sellers
No.

But too many post a ad at a good price then play games.
And no one seems to have bought the item later on.
And the person who posted the ad is all over the classifieds also inquiring about buying stuff, but nothing in a post history shows they ever buy schit also.

Tag is a QC thing for me in ways I use it.

I have offered to travel to neighbor states and pay for FFL transfer at a LGS their on some items over the years with some "sellers" on here.
Which is another QC thing.

You gotta be careful of that good deal especially with newbs.

Tag is a tool to use....

I wondered for years and privately asked the question. I use it now. If I’m really interested or maybe just to see roughly what the item sells for. It seems dumb, but it’s an effective way to find it quick if you’re glancing back on the page. I guess you could use any word you want😂

I rarely use tag. But if I am interested in an item, something I like at a fair price. I will tag it. makes it easy to find later in the day to see if it has sold or there has been a price drop. I know there are other ways to do this. But tag is simple and it works for me. It is also a good bump for the seller to keep the item up near the top pages. I only tag good stuff from good sellers.
