Stupid move. Sending the weapons is useless unless they know how to use them - and it takes a solid year to learn that even if you speak English. Ditto the Leopards, Patriot missiles, and everything else the Basement Bozo proposes.

Turbine engines and gas don't mix well. Turbines run way to hot on gas but they do run for a while..
