Has anyone ever used these on big-game. Looking to possibly use them in 45-70 for brown bear protection. Would these perform better than my current 460 grain hardcast solids?

What the hell does "hydrostatically stabilised" mean?

That’s very interesting. If I were carrying my Marlin Guide Gun for protection in bear country I wouldn’t lose any sleep over the fact that all I had for ammo we’re my loads of 400 grain Speer flat points over 54 grains of Varget. I have shot that load many, many times more than I ever would some high-priced, hydrostatically stabilised, Australian elephant bullets.

But that’s just me.

That's kind of my thoughts. But, I'm always looking to improve if I can.

I offered to bring some on my upcoming hunt but the PH said "nah, just bring those A-Frames".

I'm taking some anyways and will give 'em a try on something. Anything.

A solution to a problem that I didn't even know existed . . .
