I built my niece a custom 25-06 and had a 2.5-8 Leupold set aside for it. Now, I can’t find the scope! Don’t know if it’s misplaced or if I traded off and don’t remember. In any case, I need a good and reasonably priced scope for this rifle. A Japan k6 weaver would be the tits.

I just picked up a Leupold 2.5-8 for my 700 but it was to go on a long action and the tube isn’t long enough, not sure on extended rings, it is a gloss scope, pm if interested
There are a lot more ½" rifles than ½" shooters.

I have some old steel tube Weavers in higher fixed powers. I would need to look but I think I have a K6, 7.5, 8 and 10.
I am always looking for factory wood stocks!

I have a Bushnell Banner 4x 40 you can have for your niece. It is a Lite-Site model and I replaced three battery but it doesn’t seem to light up but the scope is clean, in good shape and still wears the inspectors tag. All it would cost is the shipping.

Thanks for the replies and offers to help guys. I have a couple of steel tube weavers I could mount but there is nothing “classic” about this rifle. I used a fluted barrel, had the bolt fluted, and hydro dipped the stock blue and green (her favorite colors)! A Japanese k6 or maybe a decent 3-9 of some sort. Really wanting to keep cost to $100 or close to it.

Yes sir, a very nice offer, and I hate to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I spoke to my brother and he is going to buy her the scope she wants. I really appreciate all the generosity!
