Anyone have a good recipe?

I have hit and miss luck..

Sometimes the seasoning comes off in the oil… end up with a bare pickle.

Tried fish fry, seasoned flour, cornmeal, etc…

Core the pickle and put a cheese stick in it, then batter and fry.
