I believe this is the correct spelling. My mother in law used to grow these, pick them fresh, boil them with potatoes and add cooked bacon and onion.

I tried searching for them, but my spelling is probably incorrect, and we don't have any left to see what the bulk packing might have said. They were available in central California, but I doubt that matters to locating them.

Thanks for any help with the correct spelling and if you know where to get seeds for us to plant. There are a mess of beans labeled as Italian, but we don't see any that look similar to our recollection.
