Not really. Leupold 2x scopes are fairly desirable, and are relatively easy to sell. The barrel would likely be the most difficult to sell, but honestly, a separate ML barrel is easier to move than an entire rifle. The only negative to parting it out is having to package up everything individually, but that's not really that big of a hassle.

by itself just sold for roughly $700 on the forum, a standard frame with stock set will easily bring $550+.
