FTX is requesting politicians and their PACs return donations. If they don't, FTX's debtors are indicating they'll take action to recover the money. Failing that the bankruptcy court will probably order them returned. Odds that any of these people will voluntarily return the money? Here is an archive link to an article on it. Recipients in the graphic below. It is mostly Democrat causes, which is typical of what Jews support.

I suspect we’ll still hear from the Marxist about the Distortion of Dark Money in the Political Process..
They’ll all pay the small fine for not returning it ..
That will be it ..

That’s comical. Why should they return it? I don't know enough about it to know what legal avenues the debtors might have. It doesn't look like public shaming is going to work. The news cycle has already moved on.

What is the ultimate reason for requesting the monies be returned? If they are, as stated, "donations", under what obligation are the receiving parties to return them if there was no quid pro quo?
Basically, it seems to me, the donations are/were a gift? Why should the recipient of a gift be required to return it?
Unless the point someone is trying to make is that the gifts/donations were not FTX's to give in the first place? (and I didn't read that in the article linked)
If someone donates something to me, I shouldn't have to return it, unless perhaps it was stolen and not the donator's to give away in the first place.

OK, I haven't followed the FTX deal much, or even at a minimum. Basically, what you folks are saying is it was a fraudulent operation and therefor the funds were not theirs to "donate", if I'm starting to get an idea of what's going on? Good luck getting it back from the folks on that ^^^ list up there.
