Finally got my P365 and now need an IWB holster. I am a lefty and prefer to carry at the 8 o’clock position. I’ve never tried appendix but may try it if the holster is comfortable.
Thanks for suggestions in advance!

I carry both a P365 and P365XL at 8 o'clock in kydex IWB PJ Holsters They're lightweight and minimal bulk but stay in place and hold the pistols securely. Also relatively inexpensive although that's not a factor in the decision, just gravy.
Bought both of mine almost three years ago and they're still going strong.
I am very happy with my Vedder Kydex IWB and Paddle Holsters. Now I have not looked on their web site to see if the make a left hand model for your P365 but I highly recommend you give them a look.
Many of the kydex IWB holsters that have a single belt clip attached to the holster body by screws are ambidextrous. Just move the clip to the other side if the holster starts out right-handed. Those type holsters are usually advertised that way. I use a Blackhawk Stache for a couple of 365s and I also have a LAG Tactical Liberator that provides a little more protection for the optics on mine. Both are ambidextrous. I am not suggesting that they are the best on the market, but they are cost effective and work.

8 o'clock here as well. The P365 is an easy pistol to carry, so less is more for me. Concealment Express IWB for about $42. The cant on a hip holster will generally be different than appendix carry, so the two might not interchange. I don't do AIWB because I'm always leaning against stuff or carrying something that interferes.
