You "noticed the Arizona guys were quiet". I went back through the thread to see what you might be getting at, with that comment. Couldn't figure it out, so I asked you. You said there wasn't really an angle there, just that there must be more to the story. I agree. Unless you've got more on your mind with the Arizona guys, I don't have much more to add there.

Really for the prosecution it probably boiled down to whether the person crossed on open real property, which is property unmarked or unfenced. At this point a person has to be told they are trespassing. If it unmarked unfenced open real property the rancher is screwed.

Really for the prosecution it probably boiled down to whether the person crossed on open real property, which is property unmarked or unfenced. At this point a person has to be told they are trespassing. If it unmarked unfenced open real property the rancher is screwed. There is more to the story.

It’s real simple. Most of the world’s population would like to come for the freebies. Really it’s only democrat liberals who think it’s ok. And a few bleeding hearts who think they can save the world.
