That looks to be something on the inside of your cab, reflecting off the inside of your windshield. Blue light from a charging cord of some sort at goofy angles, maybe? What, you don't believe in smurf dicks?

If it is something "inside" the cab as you say, and I believe that you are right, then there's a blue smurf dick hanging out in the cab. There's only one guy in the cab. Therefore the guy in the cab is a smurf and has his dick out and it reflected in the windshield when he took the pic. Rooster 7 you need to put it back in your pants next time you take pics.
