If you're looking for bear spray, it's available at Can Tire. It's a controlled product which means they won't sell it to minors and you have to sign for it.

Interestingly, we could not cross into the US with bear spray, but could buy and possess it while in the US - but could not bring it back into Canada - but can buy and possess the very same product up here.
As long as it makes sense to someone I suppose?
Like a big knife on your hip, if you're going into the movie theater with the bear spray you might get in trouble with the OPP, but if you're out at the cabin by the lake, I'd think the knife and the spray wouldn't raise any eyebrows. It sure doesn't out here in the BC sticks.
