I heard a police officer say out of his own mouth that he loved looking for a way to exploit the laws so he could pull someone over. He was talking about everyone. He’s not a cop anymore, I believe he got fired.

In a Traffic Stop a High Percentage of them especially males are behind on Child Support, Outstanding Bench Warrants and most of them are Pack’n ..
Oh they like to Run ..
