I have a Beretta A391 synthetic stock with the rubber grip inlays. They've gone from tacky to falling apart. May sell it and let the buyer deal with it, but if that falls through I need to come up with a plan to fix it. Have thought about scraping all of the inlay out, taping around the inlay and filling with epoxy. Considering maybe tinting the epoxy in a color to blend with the camo pattern or just painting with Krylon after it cures.

Any other suggestions on a method to fix this problem ?
