I am going to an outdoor sporting event next month and everyone that I have talked to has said to take binoculars.....
not a chance that I am taking my 10X42 or 15X56 Swaros to pass around for others to Fhuqk up or drop, what is a good cheap mini bino that has fairly good optic's ????, last year I bought some Wallyworld cheapo's for a similar event and they were completely worthless

Those 6x binos are a very good suggestion if for no other reason than fov. Your 10x42’s wouldn’t be out of place depending on the sport that you are watching. I would never think of handing off my binos to someone who didn’t bring their own. Watching our Packer people the narrow fov of my Swarovski 10x25’s was a big limiting factor and there is a way better fov with my 8x32 Leica’s. Those little mini binos take a lot more hand eye coordination for anyone picking them up for the first few times and if your sport watching is fast moving, fov will be everything.

I bought some of these for my niece and nephew recently and snuck a peek through them before I wrapped them up. Now I want a pair for myself! They’re very easy to look through. Can’t imagine a better value.

I would look at the sightron blue sky 8x32s or even the 10x32 if wanting higher x's. The kowa is certainly a good suggestion as well. Arken may have something out there but haven't looked at their smaller offerings.

Went a little crazy and picked up a Leica Ultravid 8x20 earlier this year. They are amazing. They go with me everywhere and gets used a lot. I still have full size SLC's for serious glassing, but the little ultravids are so handy they get used way more.

Same here, the little Leicas are incredible. Not retiring my 8x32 ELs, but they are really nice when you don’t want to carry bigger binos. And, they are always with me.

I spent the rest of the afternoon until dark glassing through these new Kowa bino's and changed my opinion......WOW I cant believe they are this good for $120. I found the cheapo bino's I bought last year 10x25 Steiners and compared them, no comparison the Steiners are junk.
Could not be more happy and glad I got the 6x perfect for the application, only down side is that they are $15 cheaper now than when I ordered mine, a true bargain at either price
