Folks.
Wondering if anyone is or has used Accurate Arms 2460 in their 22-250?
I would like to try it in a 14 twist VLS or a No.1V.
Looking for accuracy.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Surprised no one got back to you. All of my 22 250 loading was done with powders usually considered slower than 2460 (4895 4064 varget). So don't have any specific suggestions. Are you planning to load lighter bullets like 40 gr?

I have a pound of it... did test it in the 22.250 case, 223, and 243... just wanted to know what some of that line of powder would do, because it is available, and if ( heaven forbid) I run out of others I have...

I found it pleasingly accurate...

Beer,
No, I was thinking of 52 grain Nosler Custom Competition bullets?
I've got a Remington 700 VLS and a Ruger No.1V, both 14 twist 22-250.
It's faster than Accurate 25020 which right now is not available, but I would prefer to use.

Hey Soup
I hear you on the 25020. My experience is that faster powders work a little better with lighter lead in the 22-250, but Seafire had good results. So, 2460 is certainly possible. Plus, I had good results with 40 gr Noz and the slower 4064. So who knows.

It's easy to say go for it when I'm not the one forking over the cash. 😁

Good luck, like to hear how it turns out.
