I have acquired an older model Rem. 700 that the bolt locks when the safety is engaged. The issue is that somewhere along its life someone "worked" on the trigger and I'm wanting to replace it with one that will still lock the bolt when the safety is on.
I'm a big fan of TriggerTech triggers and I called them and was told their replacement triggers wouldn't lock the bolt when on safe.
What replacement triggers are out there that can be used and still have the bolt lock feature?

You could advertise in the want ad forum.

You didn’t say what the work had been done on the trigger. If it’s just adjustment, you could take it to someone who knows how to adjust it the way you might want, if what you want is safe.

The nice thing about Remington triggers is they are adjustable, which can be the worst thing if bubba does the adjusting.

I'm just a little leery because the pull weight is VERY light. It could be a legit adjustment but I'm not familiar with those triggers and there isn't a gunsmith close.
From what your saying I think my best route to take is to have a smith check it and see if it's okay to use as it is.
