I’m looking for a .410 to use as a turkey gun. Must be threaded for choke tubes. Other than that, I’m open to pretty much anything. Single shot, semi auto, pump, o/u, sxs , etc. Short length of lull would be beneficial, but not necessary. I have cash, or various firearms/optics/etc. I can offer as trade.
Oh, and believe it or not, deer bite. Fairly hard.

I have a little single shot .410 Rossi Tough Turkey that has an extra full choke and was sold a turkey shotgun, has a 26" barrel. I put a few rounds through it and its sitting in the closet now as the wife has shown no interest. If you are interested, shoot me a PM and I can send pics. Its very light weight.

If you aren’t looking to go super cheap, look online for a Henry SS. About $500, and takes Invector tubes. The ones Henry sells are made by Briley, and the Turkey tube throws great patterns with TSS, especially Apex. They often have very pretty wood, if that matters. Had mine drilled for a base, but now I shoot it bare for clays once in a while.
What fresh Hell is this?

LHS905, I saw that one. A little more than I’m wanting to spend for my kid(and myself) to beat around the woods. Plus, I know what will happen. I’ll get it, spend some time fine tuning it to my liking, get it shooting good, kill a couple birds with it, and then send it down the road and find something new to mess with. I’d rather not invest $1500 when I know the endgame.

My son and I have the Browning BPS with a JEBS choke. Sweet little 410 set up.

I had an old beater 410 that I restocked, had sumtoy cut at 18”, thread and add a red dot. Throws a nice killing pattern at 40 yards. Did my own rattle can paint job that looks great. I’m excited to carry it this spring. Given it’s not much longer than my arm and weighs about 4lbs, I plan to mainly carry it when calling for others
But cost wise I would have been way ahead just buying a Rossi or Stevens

I saw a single shot 410 at an academy sports last week for under $200…. You might check there if you have one close by. I might go get it for the same reason.
