The thread about the best Male singer got me to thinking..... Who is the best overall male singing Performer and why?
He doesn't necessarily have to be considered as having the best vocals; but you're top pic for the overall performance!
I nominate Garth Brooks.
His vocals are really good but I wouldn't say great!
But his voice, his presentation, his stage presence, the way he interacted with fans, the props, theatrics, the energy etc.......
Hard to match in my books.

Best hard rock singer bar none. Ronnie is the best by far, Rob Halford has been good for a really long time too. Just as a performer(not actually singing...lol) Diamond David Lee Roth.

A mediocre singer of a handful of decent lukewarm ballads, he has somehow made hundreds of millions of dollars by selling the same midlife crisis escape fantasies, over and over, year after year.
