I was looking on their website and they have a spring and shim kit for a Ruger GP100. It also has a "how to" video that shows dummies like me how to install it. He claims in the video that with this spring and shim kit along with a good polish job (video gives detailed instructions on this too) that you can reduce the DA and SA trigger pull by 50%. I have a 3" GP100 and that's my ONLY grip about the revolver is the trigger. It just doesn't feel as refined as my other pistols.

Has anyone here ever used this kit and were you happy with the results? The spring and shim kit along with the polishing kit comes out to be $33. Seems fair enough if it does what it say's it'll do.

I need to do something with my 4” .357. The double action trigger pull is horrible. I had been looking at doing a Wilson spring swap, but I would be interested in hearing about this kit also.

What I like about this kit is it comes with shims. The hammer on my GP100 has a lot of play in it and the shims are supposed to tighten that up. I watched the install video yesterday and they say basically the polishing is every bit as important as the spring and shim so I went ahead and ordered both. I'll report the results when it's finished. I'm having the cylinder refinished also so it maybe a few weeks before I can get started.
