What strikes me is the pristine conditions in the photos. Particularly the church. Freshly painted and polished, it’s just hard for me to picture that kind of work and expense going on in an active war zone… and much less being a high priority to do so.
It just contradicts the narrative to me and I think it’s pretty telling to what’s really going on. YMMV
