For sale is an H&R Handi Rifle in .223, comes with Simmons scope and bipod. I bought this gun from a guy who used it coyote hunting, I thought I’d use it as a truck gun for when I see coyotes/woodchucks in fields, well that didn’t happen so time to sell. Gun must ship to your FFL, will come from my FFL, gun ships to 47 states(no California). Money by check or usps money. Gun will not ship until funds clear. Asking $475 shipped, in a soft case, packed well inside a box. Can text more pics.

Is this a 1-9, or 1-12 twist?

Most accurate way to find the twist is to run a tight patch down the bore on a cleaning rod and watch the spin. Not 100%, but it's an ejector, 1:12. If it's an extractor, 1:9. H&R/NEF started to convert to extractors around 2007, so if the first letters of the serial are NX or HX / NY or HY or CBA it is 2007 or newer.

I had one ofthese when they first came out. I believe mine was a12” twist and it was very accurate. Wish I’d never sold it.

I have the Ultra model and it’s very accurate. Mine is a 1/12 twist. Hornady 50 grain v-max or Sierra 50 grain in mine.
