If so, what all are you using it for and how do you like it? Post some favorites if you have some available.....

For my "long" zoom I currently use an EF 70-200 with a RF adapter and it works well for dogs in the field, sports, etc but I'd like something with some more reach and am not crazy about being limited to a fixed 600/800 f11 lens although those are nice in the right setting....

Holy moly! You're a vitual Canon ad with those pics!! How long have you been using yours and would you purchase it again or go a different route if you were buying again today?

The 100-500 is super sharp, but the 100-400 (which I also have) is almost as sharp and much lighter. If you are serious about photography then get the 100-500. You can pair it with the 2X doubler for monster telephotos. Most people will be completely happy with the much lighter and less expensive 100-400, but if you want the best get the big dog.

I love my RF100-500. It's super lightweight and feels great in my hand. I've gotten some really great shots- considering I'm just a beginner.

What camera do you pare the 100-500 telephoto to?

I used a Canon RF 800 with my Canon R6 on some wildlife this weekend. I got some nice Bison pics but my Sandhills Crane pics turned out pretty rough. I'm pretty rusty so could be a lot of user error but I don't think F11 was my friend and the birds were keeping their distance so the animal eye auto-focus wasn't helping out like I thought it would with an 800mm lens. I was supposed to get a copy of the Canon RF100-500 from Joel at CameralandNY but they've been out of stock for almost a year now. Hopefully they'll get one in soon because I'd love to give it a try....
