I think both of your reading skills are just fine. That is exactly the way I read the bet. There is no need to spin anything. It seems fairly obvious.

I started reading Dan's posts on other threads. Several theams seem to run through many of them. What a he-man he is, seems to be a favorite. Another is, if you don't believe everything he says, he'll bet you a million dollars. (Wheelchair Bandit pointed that one out a long time ago.) Also, he's very often in a pissing match with somebody. I've noticed several guys on these forums that are like that, always in a fight. Many of this type are very knowledgeable on their subject, but can't seem to transmit that knowledge without pissing somebody off. I'm not sure Dan is of the knowledgable type, but he is sure of the always in a fight type.

Why? This little drama will end soon enough. Proubably tomorrow will end it, when IIFID finds out Dan has injected some outragous demand. Then Dan will declare victory, which nobody will agree with, and hopefully go away somewhere. Why is it important for you that it end? No offence intended, but surely you don't have to read this stuff if you don't want to. Rick offered to end it early on, and people said no. Someone said end it awhile back and Rick himself said no. I would like to see it go on to it's natural conclusion.

Forgot to mention, reading skills is another favorite of Dan's. He will post somthing and when someone calls him on it, he says their reading skills are lacking. Then when his post is quoted directly, he has no further comment. I think it's related to his seeming inability to answer a direct question. Many of us on this thread have asked Dan questions which are completely ignored. The reading skills theam has cropped up several times here.

I am not going to defend anyone here , but I am going to make an off the cuff observation. It is kinda unfair to get on DFC or IIFID by what they post, two guys are in a pissin match , period. Really THEIR bussiness.Now if I was to make a comment about the way people are posting , I would say that Troublsom1 is a little yippity yap ankle bitter dog that i'd like to kick across the floor, but i"m probably wrong and wouldn't make such a comment by just reading posts. Have you read the entire thread? DFC has offered insult to all hands, including you now that you've posted, not just to IIFID. If it were personal business it wouldn't be posted on the internet. It's a free country, and you can say anything you please, so can Dan, so can I. I don't understand why you would say somthing, and then say, but you wouldn't say it. Doesen't make scence.
