This. Just another predator. Never understood controlling 4 legged predators and not the feathered kind.

I am glad Ol Ben didn't make a turkey our national bird though.

Probably worse.

I hear they are rather rank smelling from someone who claims to have killed a few back in the day.

About as much of a scavenger as a buzzard. I killed a coyote on my way to a gunshop one morning. Came back 2 or 3 hours later and there was a pair of eagles sitting on the coyote.

Same could be said for the uprise in bald eagles over the last 40+ years.

If they're illegals, they will likely get let go with a filled up debit card, a paid up cell phone, and a bag lunch.

If they're illegals, they may already have been granted "refugee" status, with the blessing of their employer(s).

Might not be too unlikely their employer(s) imported them on a work visa program either.

Lotta folks here in favor of more young Americans going into the trades than to college of any sort. When I was growing up meatcutting was a trade. I doubt many American kids want to go into that trade, in those big meat factories though. If they did, they'd likely demand better working conditions and wages.

Then........................

no more $1.98/lb pork loins and $0.98/lb shoulders and butts for slumlord's (and my) grill.

Probably a more serious offense, and harsher sentence than is they had been caught slinging dope, or transporting girls for sex trade.

Americans gotta keep their priorities straight you know.

Maybe someone told them that bald eagles taste like chicken. They'll probably get off a lot easier than I would have, because I'm not a member of the "protected class".

Good American companies hiring illegals...
Repeat nationwide....
On the down low of course...

We haven't seen many ice raids in chicken factories in awhile come to think of it.
Not that any of our spoiled 1.0 voting welfare rat pets would work to begin with anyways....

Ect ect ect....

No no no.

They are in no way responsible for the downfall of America.

Cheap indentured Brits for labor

Cheap Africans for labor

Cheap Chinese for labor

Cheap Irish for labor

Cheap Southern Italians for labor

Now? Cheap Latin Americans (and some others) for labor.

It's the American Way..................legal or not.

Guaranteed they get off easier if doing a real crime versus killing a stupid fuggin bird. Wish more of em were practicing marksmanship skills.

I used to work with a Honduran guy. He was a hard worker, smart, and pleasant to be around. He was here the legal way. He married a gal that was down there doing mission work.

As for the bald eagles, I have no sympathy. They'll kill any game bird they can get a hold of, eat their fill and then leave the rest for the coyotes. Then it's off to the next game bird or maybe some tasty road kill.

They'll kill invasive species too. This one grabbed a Eurasian collared dove from in front of the house, then went and ate it on a neighboring pole.

Duck hunters should like them too, they're pretty well known for eating sick birds and helping to keep down the spread of contagions.

I only wish they'd eat a few more of the neighborhood cats.

How do two border jumpers get a gun ?

Well... we have come to the point.... where... the parasites are killing the host. It's only a matter of time now.

Those two schittbirds had money for two rifles/ammo, gas to drive out of town to that area: they weren't 'hungry', they were being azzholes to their host nation, America. They deserve to be whipped to death for their arrogance.

I had one buzz me at about 10ft while duck hunting in the fog many years ago. Maybe that was was a comment on my calling? He was pretty sure there was one very sick duck down there below. laugh

Duck hunters probably hate them as they will eat young birds too. I wouldn't doubt what the rotten SOBs will wipe out a full clutch of young once they know where to find them.

No use for em here. Need a balance and birds of prey left unchecked seems pretty dumb to me.

That's too bad for the Bald Eagle.
