This part of the thread pertains to the installation, the pieces and a good video. In my case, it went on a Mossberg 464, but these are made for a number of different levers. If your eyesight isn't good enough to use open sights, a red dot/reflex sight might be the answer. I found it more useful than scoping a rifle. The location allows you to grip the rifle normally, so it carries like one with iron sights. The sight can be moved forward on the rail as well.

The XS is obviously better for an actual scout scope type setup but the Turnbull is perfection for a small reflex red dot. I’m using one right now on an .357 mag carbine.
