I think most of them are locals and nest here also. I am sure the Northerns are passing over and may rest a few days, but the geese are always here !

I used a Lem mix (around 6 lbs of goose and 4lbs of Boston Butt) Smoked for several hours to approx 160 degrees. I will admit, it wasn't as tasty as the same recipe using Elk or Deer or Antelope !!
