While you’re at it I’d get some more of those double sets and a couple more poultry knives. Carbon fiber(or looking) sheaths.

Real talk. They have a fantastic skinner and semi stiff boning knife. I had a kydex sheaths made as sets 16 years ago and gave them out. Everyone is still using them.

I imagine they would sell stupidly well

These look great. I just bought the pairing knife several weeks ago. Any chance you could make the sheaths a little bit narrower or a lower profile so they aren’t so wide? Perhaps use smaller diameter rivets? If so, I may be interested in one in orange.

Ive made boning / paring sets in a combo sheath… need to make some more.
