Yes used Burris 2 piece pic bases and a pair of tps super lows.

+1 on the Burris 2 piece. Reverse the front for a little extra ring spacing if needed. Pic ring of your choice. I'm using a pair of Farrell lows to get the scope as low as possible for kids.

I think you can use any two piece base for the 700. If I'm wrong, please correct me.
I've got Talley's on one and a rail on the other

I have 2 of the Howa Minis, a .223 & a 6.5 Grendel. I used 2 piece bases for a Remington 700 on both.

My Mini Grendel came with what appears to be a Talley imitator of some kind, as they are not marked. I think they're either a Nikko_Sterling or DNZ, but whatever the case, they work just fine. The Mini 223 has standard Remington 700 bases.
