At parties I’m good for 2 drinks max, usually ony one drink.

Nowadays beer is for pizza and mexican food.

Hangovers hurt more than they used to...

As most of us age the alcohol buzz to hangover ratio declines to where it's no longer worth it. At least that was my experience.

Most of them are now either dead or in jail

The head gets heavier with age

One or two drinks you can enjoy, more than that you start saying and doing stupid things that you regret in the morning.

I hope I never get that old.

I've heard the Rolling Stones concerts end about 5:30 in the afternoon these days so everyone can drive home before it gets dark. I'm one of those who can't do it like I used to. I remember running trot lines until 3 in the morning, cleaning fish and drinking until later, then up with the sun to shoot a few rounds of clays before checking the trot lines again. No more. My ass is just too damn tired!
