I haven't handled one yet. Apparently they come in two forms. One of them, the Cross, weighs abour 6.5 lbs. and comes with some cool features. Fully adjustable, folding stock, very smooth bolt and a match grade trigger.
So, if have some experience with one, what did you think ? E

I have one. Bought in 6.5 and later bought a 308 barrel. There is a lot I liked about it. It shot better than I expected. If you have a lot of time on an AR, the ergonomics are very familiar. Mine was great but Sig has a reputation for spotty QC so I would look over any possible purchase.

I had a cross in 6.5 Creedmoor touted as a precision rifle........anything but. 2" + occasional 1"

Sig wouldn't even talk about it.

I bought a .308 and then swapped barrels with a guy who had a 6.5. The new barrel head spaced correctly, and both have been hammers. I really like my cross, I'd like to get a barrel spun up in .22 GT at some point.

I have one in 308 - fairly recent purchase and only one range session so far. Too early to form an opinion, but it's been sub-MOA with all loads tried so far.

I’d like to try the 308 Camo version.

I’ve had a 6.5 for about a year and a half. No load workup, just plugged in a handload from another rifle. My only quibble is that my trigger rates a 7/10, as there is a touch of movement in the second stage. I’m probably also about to order a Wiebad cheek pad, as the comb is a bit narrow for my face. Good ergos, light, accurate, and easy to outfit with accessories like rail lights and suppressor.

I had one but recently sold it. Like JPro, I used a generic load in it and it was very accurate. I only spent time with it shooting, none hunting, but it's a nice package that can be adjusted on everything from LOP, drop at heel/butt, and comb height. Very comfortable to shoot, especially suppressed. I loved the bolt/handle. I would have liked a lighter contour barrel at 22" to use without a suppressor...I know this is against the general desire of most folks. It just wasn't my cup of tea for a hunting rifle but that's personal preference, not a problem with rifle.

Check with Walter Kraftt on the Accurate Shooter forum. Walt set up their test facility in Arkansas and has done a lot with the Cross.

hard to believe they haven't chambered that one in 6mm Creed yet.

I have one in 308. Fun little rifle. It’s finicky to load for and took a little while to get used to the ergonomics of the stock. But it’s quickly becoming one of my favorites.
I’d love to see one in 223.

LGS says the 6CM is in production at this time.

6mmCM and .223 would be great additions to the lineup.

It is light, can be !are extremely compact (for a pack) and shoots better than I'm capable of. My current is an.308, but I'd definitely be interested in adding a 6CM (or similar) for winter coyotes.

I know I'm probably in the minority, but I appreciate the controls as well. Frankly, the vast majority of my 'rifle time' is spent behind an AR of some sort. Thus, the Sig is more intuitive to me now than other bolt guns.

Maybe two….

Not saying you're wrong but Sig's website still only indicates 6.5 Creed, 277 Fury, and 308 WIN.

I'm with the others, 6 Creed would be welcomed and would pique my interest in these.

I've since changed to a heavier scope (Helos 2-12), and a lighter Can (Nomad TI) so I think the weight is generally the same, maybe a little more all up.
