The prosecution's key witness was on a text thread with Mackey and works for the FBI.

The Government waited over four years to track Mackey down and arrest him.

It is called VOTER SUPPRESSION and it is a codified crime.



They have the evidence from his text messages of a group conspiracy to attempt to influence the election by deceiving voters. Mr. Mackey is going down!

I learned early about the feds. Got an uncle who has been a felon for close to 45 years for “selling” a dead goose. He let a hunter who came in with a goose too shot up to eat, pay the processing fee for a goose that had gone un claimed for two months. When the guy who had killed the “sold” goose returned a couple weeks later, wanting it, his first stop after leaving the processing business my uncle owned was the conservation headquarters up the road. Feds charged my uncle with selling wildlife, and tens of thousands of dollars later, he managed to avoid prison and “walk” with “only” a felony conviction.

Nobody goes to federal court and gets anything resembling justice. How could you? The judge, the prosecutor, at least half the witnesses, and the arresting entity all receive their paychecks from the same source. You and your lawyer(well, maybe your lawyer) are working a stacked deck, hoping for a miracle. I made my mind up at about 7 years old that there would be no federal courtroom in my future, whatever that took. Nothing I have seen since has changed my mind.
