I agree with the analysis in the video. I saw it beginning to happen -- the "woke" movement -- a number of years ago. The powers-that-be forgot it is called "the Entertainment Business" for a good reason Movies are supposed to be entertaining.

Hasn't been very entertaining for a long time. Glad I'm retired.

I turned off the TV several years ago and don't miss it at all......

It is hard to find decent movies on TV anymore that have been made since about 2010 or a little earlier. Die Hard movies and Mission Impossible movies made after 2000 are about it. So, we watch old movies and old TV shows. Even sci-fi and space movies are bad or very dark today. Babylon 5 was good, as well as Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis. Stargate Universe was dark and slow moving so we quit watching it. Older Startrek TV and movies are ok. John Wayne and Clint Eastwood movies are old reliables. Even old black and white movies have very good acting vs all the visual effects on todays stuff.

I did the same been almost a year since it's been turned on and honestly don't miss it.

I did the same about en years ago. The only thing the TV set is used for now is to watch movies from my DVD collection. Movies are purchased second had so none of my money goes to the Hollywood commies. I try to find stuff from back when I was growing up these days. Pawn shops, yard sales and swap meets AKA flea markets are great sources of used DVDs fo those who might want to go that route.
