Evidently got duped into signing an agreement to become sister cities with the Hindu nation of Kailasa, supposedly an island off the coast of Ecuador. Story on Jesse Waters last night.
Only problem is there is no such place, and the supposed leader is an alleged serial rapist on the run from India.
Somehow nobody thought to try Google and verify there was such a place before signing the agreement.
Nothing like having illiterate Democrats running the big cities......
