I thought I would try this and see if there is any interest on the fire. The issue would be shipping of course. I have shipped some but it is very expensive.

A bit about the boards.

The Cornhole boards are constructed of ¾” birch plywood. The top, the frame, and legs are made from the ¾” birch plywood. There are 2 middle braces to add more support for the top. I do not have any pictures showing the two middle braces. The sides and the braces are cut out for weight reduction. Every piece including the legs are sanded and rounded over on all the corners of the plywood. Also includes a dado support brace with design between the legs to add in stability. The tops are rounded off and each corner is cut at a 1 ½” radius. Two coats of water based polyurethane are applied to the tops to aid in vinyl wraps application. All wood is kreg screwed and glued.
Here are two images of the weight reduction cutouts.

The wraps are laminated vinyl wraps. Here are a few I have sold and designed.

I have made the designs in the listing. I am located in PA if you haven’t figured it out from the Steeler and PSU boards and designs. They are the ones I sell the most. If you have a design you would like for a vinyl wrap, PM for discussion. PM for pricing and any other questions you may have on the boards.

Long shot, but I figured I would give it a try.

Very nice work, but as you mentioned, the shipping would be a deal killer to my area. GLWS

I have installed lights in a few boards. Underneath the hole and outside the exterior. The led lights have multiple colors and modes with remote.

Interested in pricing and weight. I was kicking around the idea of bringing a set or two to Panama as gifts depending on checked baggage fees. What part of PA are you in. Anywhere near Wilkes-Barre

Yes, I love the lights. I actually have to cut the circle light apart and reconnect them as I found they are always a little tight around the bottom of the hole. Not terrible, but bothered me so I find a way to fix it. Works well.

I appreciate all the interest and tried to respond to all the PM's. If I missed someone, shoot me another PM please.

I have been looking at different vendors for shipping and seemed to find a couple "reasonable" options "relative" to previous prices. Hopefully it will workout.

Thanks again.

Have you looked into "Fastenal"?
They ship reasonably "store to store". Pack it tight, everything is palletized.

They offer LTL
