The L46 in the scarce chamberings of 222, 218 Bee, 22 Hornet, 7X33, and hardly ever encountered P46 single shot 22 LR… That 7x33 sure is an oddity on these shores. Not a whole lot of seal hunting these days. Would make a cool javelina rifle.

Sako AV 30-06 left hand laminate. I bought the gun used in Edmonton in around 1996, Its a pretty good gun but it weights a lot. Not the best choice for waking around when the snow is deep. Guns in living rooms and on tables don't show what they are made for. I agree, the usefullness is more important than the looks. Here are a couple with a Sako Deluxe in 30-06 and a Sako deluxe in a Model 75 in 300 Weathereby... Great pics, thats a beauty suburban in the back ground.

I figured someone might say that.
What I meant was I purchased them all new, in 58, 60, and the 06 in 63. And yes, pre Garcia. The phone was ringing so I cut the sentence short.
I know about pre 64 Winchesters, just happen to have a model 64.

I bought this AIII in 1983 (I was 17 at the time) out of the Penny Saver in California. It was chambered in 280 Rem Imp at the time, but the throat was blown way, way out. I still hunted with it until about 1990 then it went to the back of the safe for 30+ years. I recently rebarreled it in 243 Catbird using a Hart blank. Tony
Run it up, until you blow it up, then back it down a bit.

Marty, if that Sako AV Laminate is too heavy for your liking, show me what Sako you would like and would be glad to give it to you, if you take me hunting with you!!😉. Those are a couple of real studs there. Nothing beats a huge Canadian whitetail.

just this one....
When people face the possibility of freezing or starving there is little chance they are going to listen to unfounded claims of climate doomsday from a bunch of ultra-rich yacht sailing private jet-setting carbon-spewing hypocrite elites
